This login feature is only for coaches or fundraising organizers who like to track the team’s campaign.

Your Team and Coach Passwords can be found in four different places:

1.  At the bottom of your Sponsorship Letter
2.  In your Campaign Order Form
3.  At the bottom of all E-mails your Client Services Representative sends you
4.  In your Campaign Checklist that arrives with your box of mailers

If you can’t find them, E-mail Jordan@MySportsDreams.com with "Need Coach Passwords" In the subject line. Make sure to include your team name and sport in the message box.
If you are individual athlete and would like to see a list of the donations you have received, your coach or fundraising organizer can provide you with this information.
If you would like to donate to an athlete, go to www.DonateToMyTeam.com and enter the Team Password found at the bottom of the letter you received.  You can also call our Donation Hotline at 800-376-5988.
